CROSSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT HONORED BY SALVATION ARMY

The Crossville Police Department has been honored by the Salvation Army by being awarded the “Championship Award – Cops with Kids” trophy, for 2019, for collecting donations benefiting the children of Cumberland County.

Following the Holiday Donation Campaign, held during the 2019 Christmas season, the City of Crossville Police Department raised the most donated money, while ringing the bell for the Salvation Army.

“We are thankful for the generosity that the citizens of Crossville and Cumberland County have shown.” said Crossville Police Chief Jessie Brooks. “This is a prime example of our great community and we are honored to have been invited to participate.”
