The eggy incidents continue as Crossville police are looking into a vandalism incident on Old Jamestown Highway, reported by a resident whose vehicle was targeted with eggs.

According to Crossville Police Department reports, the incident occurred sometime overnight between 9:30 PM on September 22 and 5:30 AM on September 23, 2026. While the exterior of the vehicle sustained no visible damage, the owner expressed concern that eggshells may have been placed into the fuel tank, potentially threatening the fuel system.

At this time, the vehicle is reportedly running without issues, and authorities note that no suspects have been identified.
