CROSSVILLE POLICE STOP HOLIDAY SHOPLIFTERS

Christmas is known for bringing out the good in people. But it also brings out the shoplifters. Crossville Police were busy at the local Walmart over the holiday weekend. On Sunday, police were alerted that store security had a male subject who had tried to leave the store with a 65 inch TV. 49-year-old Robert Francis Craig was charged accordingly. That same day, 36-year-old Rachael Marie Kerley was stopped trying to exit the store wearing camo pants and a jacket which she had not paid for. Police also recovered a camo cap from her vehicle which she had also stolen. On Saturday, Officers were dispatched to Tractor Supply for a female shoplifter who had attempted to drive off with a male subject in a Ford Explorer. Several packaged tools were observed lying on the backseat floorboard. Wendy Ireland Quince was charged in the incident.
