CROSSVILLE RESTAURANT BURGLARIZED FOR SECOND TIME IN A MONTH

For the second time in a month, a Crossville restaurant was the target of a burglary. Police responded Wednesday to Big John’s BBQ on Highway 70 East for a break-in. The report states a window on the side of the building was busted and the back door was open when the owner arrived. No suspects were named in the report.

The restaurant was burglarized back around March 1 when a side door was forced open and a cash box was taken along with two firearms. A wire to an alarm system was discovered cut. The report did not name a suspect in that burglary.
