From Upper Cumberland Development District:

During the February Upper Cumberland Development District and Upper Cumberland Human Resources Agency Executive Committee meetings, Jeff Mason, Smith County Mayor, was appointed Chairman of both boards, and Allen Foster, Cumberland County Mayor, was appointed Vice Chairman.

These appointments follow the passing of Board Chairman, Randy Heady, in January.
