Cumberland County Fairest of the Fair 2019 Kassie Looschen will be competing for the title of Fairest of the Fairs at the 98th annual Tennessee Association of Fairs this Friday (January 17, 2020) starting at 5:30 p.m. central. It will be held at the Embassy Suite Convention Center in Murfreesboro.
