The Cumberland County Rescue Squad assisted the rescue squad in White County in a search for a missing person Monday. Crews went to the Big Bottom area after an individual never returned from a hunting trip. Searchers found the subject’s vehicle in the river and shortly after found the individual on the other side of the river. The subject was treated by medics. White County wishes to thank the Cumberland County Rescue Squad for their assistance in the search.
