The Cumberland County grand jury met yesterday and handed down indictments on 28 individuals.

Brooks, Kendrais Deshawn – Reckless endangerment, evading arrest, and driving on a revoked license.

Dawson, Mark Anthony – DUI and DUI per se

Gentry, Casper Dean – Aggravated burglary

Grooms, Cedric Jordan – Vandalism over $1,000

Hamby, Ronnie Lynn – DUI, DUI per se, and driving on a revoked license

Heide, Sherry Ann – DUI third offense and DUI

Hill, Emery Ellen – Arson

Johnson II, Johnny Lee – Possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and driving on a revoked license

Manning, Samy Brian – Aggravated assault, DUI, DUI per se, reckless endangerment, and evading arrest

Marshall, David Edward – Auto burglary and theft over $1,000

Mayse, David Allen – Possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, evading arrest, and resisting arrest

Melton, Michael Clois – Possession of a schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery, possession of a schedule II drug (fentanyl) for sale or delivery

Morin, Ian Malcolm McFarlane – Burglary, theft under $1,000, and vandalism over $1,000

Parkey, Caleb Drake – Violation of bond conditions
