CUMMINS INDICTED BY NASHVILLE GRAND JURY
The Maury County man who is accused of taking a teen girl across state lines for sex has been indicted by a Nashville Grand Jury Thursday. Tad Cummins was the subject of an Amber Alert after he abducted 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas. The two were discovered in northern California. Cummins was indicted on a charge of transporting a minor across state lines for the purpose of engaging in criminal sexual content and obstruction of justice.
