DAILY TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH COVID-19 REPORT – SATURDAY, JULY 4, 2020

The following is from today’s Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 report:

TENNESSEE – 20,097 (up 976 cases from yesterday) active cases in Tennessee out of 50,140 total cases (up 1,428 cases since yesterday)

  • 30,043 recovered (up 452 since yesterday)
  • 637 died (up 4 from yesterday)
  • 2,860 had to be hospitalized (up 35 since yesterday)
  • 878,230 tested (up 16,109 since yesterday)

ANDERSON – 60 active remaining cases (up 16 cases from yesterday) out of 134 total cases (up 18 cases from yesterday), 2 fatalities, 8,051 negative tests

BLEDSOE – 7 active remaining cases (up 1 case from yesterday) of 619 total cases (up 1 case from yesterday), 1 fatality, 3,754 negative tests

CLAY – 5 active case (same as yesterday) out of 16 total case (same as yesterday), 714 negative tests

LOUDON – 63 remaining active cases (up 3 cases from yesterday) out of 280 total cases (up 3 cases from yesterday), 1 fatality, 4,016 negative tests

MCMINN – 66 remaining active cases (up 3 cases from yesterday) out of 232 total cases (up 5 cases from yesterday), 18 fatalities, 4,389 negative tests

MEIGS – 5 remaining active cases (down 1 case from yesterday) out of 32 total cases (down 1 case from yesterday), 951 negative tests

MORGAN –  4 remaining active cases (same as yesterday) out of 25 total cases (same as yesterday), 1 death, 3,833 negative tests

OVERTON – 17 remaining active cases (up 1 case from yesterday) out of 61 total cases (up 2 cases from yesterday), 2,182 negative tests

PICKETT – 2 active case (same as yesterday) out of 6 total (same as yesterday), 492 negative tests

PUTNAM – 274 remaining active cases (up 25 cases from yesterday) out of 882 total cases (up 29 cases from yesterday), 7 fatalities, 10,066 negative tests
