Born on August 26, 1969, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Dale was the beloved son of Margaret Cecilia Wampler and Marion Wayne Wampler. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, and carried the strength, discipline, and pride of that service throughout his life — especially in his most cherished roles as a husband, a father, and a papa.

Dale is survived by his devoted wife, Rachael Renee Wampler; his children, Kaitlin Briana Justice, Dale Alexander Wampler, and daughter-in-law Caitlyn Nicole Wampler; He also leaves behind his son-in-law, Darrien Kane Justice and his brother, Brian Howard Wampler.

He was a proud grandfather to Braelynn Renee Berry, Robby Kane Justice, Brooklyn Hope Justice, and Brady Wampler Ullom.

In addition to his family, Dale shared a lifelong bond with dear friends Tobi Melton of Rockwood, TN, and Brian Bagwell of Harriman, TN.
Dale’s passions were simple and powerful: he lived to love his family. His greatest joy came from being a husband, a father, and — above all — a papa. His humor and intellect were unmatched; he was always the smartest and funniest person in the room. Stubborn in the best of ways, Dale was also incredibly selfless — the kind of man who would give everything for the people he loved without hesitation.
His legacy lives on in the stories he told, the laughter he sparked, and the deep, unwavering love he gave so freely.

A celebration of Dale’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston, 350 W Race St, Kingston, TN 37763. Receiving friends will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, with the burial immediately following the service at Calvary-Hazelwood Cemetery. Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston is serving the Wampler Family
