DALLAS NORRIS FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY COURT FOLLOWING DOMESTIC INCIDENT

Dallas Sue Norris is facing a slate of criminal charges on the Cumberland County General Sessions Court docket for Thursday, August 6th, 2026. The charges stem from a June 29, 2026, incident investigated by Deputy Morgan Alvarez of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the affidavit of complaint, deputies were dispatched to a residence on John Warner Herb Circle regarding a potential domestic disturbance involving a weapon. Responding officers located Norris and another individual walking along Highway 127 South, noting signs of intoxication including the odor of alcohol, slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes. Both individuals admitted to consuming alcohol and were initially detained.

Serious Allegations Detailed in Warrant

An investigation at the scene revealed that Norris allegedly pulled a handgun, pointed it at a victim’s face, and threatened them. Court documents state that Norris then handed the firearm to another individual, who reportedly hid the weapon in a vehicle trunk where deputies later recovered two loaded 9mm handguns.

Norris is represented by attorney Joseph Wyatt and faces the following charges:
