David Neil Luttrell, age 77, of Harriman, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019. Survivors include wife: Norma Faye Luttrell of Harriman; sons: David A. Luttrell (Cathy) of Kingston and Michael H. Luttrell (Becky Hamby) of Rockwood; stepsons: Bill Galloway (Mary) of Kingston and Paul Galloway (Candy) of Knoxville; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters: Diane Wilder (Ed) and Dorris Ranew; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 15, 2019 from noon until 2 p.m. at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral services will follow. Committal services and interment will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
