Authorities in Anderson County say that a male body was discovered Sunday. The body has been identified as that of 62-year-old Buford Glenn Phillips. Phillips body was discovered dead from an apparent gunshot wound on Black Half Moon Road in the Frost Bottom community at around 5 PM. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is helping the Anderson County Sheriff’s Department with the case.
