DEBORD ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Thursday night, responding to reports of a drunk driver at a local auto-parts business, Crossville police found 60-year-old Ricky Nelson Debord exiting the building, unsteady on his feet. He smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and admitted having been drinking.
Debord refused to perform field-sobriety tests. Because police had not seen him driving, Debord was taken into custody only for public intoxication.
