Roane County Sheriff Jack Stockton said this afternoon a deceased African American man was found in a vehicle parked at the Caney Creek Boat ramp access area near Joiner Hollow Road today. The body was taken for an autopsy to determine an exact cause of death. No age was given on the subject. More information in this homicide investigation will be released at a later time.
