DEPUTIES RESPOND TO THEFT AT VANDEVER ROAD
On July 2, 2025, Deputy Jordan Winningham of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a theft report at Vandever Rd, in Crossville, owned by a 47-year-old resident.
The owner reported that between June 30, 2025, after dark, and July 2, 2025, an unknown individual entered his barn and stole several power tools, including a Milwaukee 1/2 inch impact with battery (valued at $400), a Porter Cable angle grinder with battery ($200), a Porter Cable drill with battery ($200), and a Porter Cable Sawzall with battery ($200), totaling an estimated $1,000 in value.
The incident occurred at a farm facility with no known method of entry or suspect identified. The owner was unable to provide any information regarding the suspect.
