The Crossville Police Department is looking for a missing juvenile. Officers say 15-year-old George Skinner told his guardian he was going to walk to Cumberland County High School this morning and never arrived. George has blond hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing black pants, gray shirt, black tennis shoes.
