DETAILS ON FRIDAY’S CRASH ON MAIN STREET IN CROSSVILLE
On February 6, 2026, at 5:51 p.m., a three-vehicle rear-end collision occurred on North Main Street in Crossville, Tennessee, approximately 168 feet from Industrial Boulevard, according to a crash report by the Crossville Police Department.
The chain-reaction crash began when a 2012 blue Ford Mustang driven by Devon Maxwell, failed to stop and struck the rear of a 2014 white Kia Optima driven by Allie Houston. The Kia Optima was stopped in the northbound lane, as was a 2025 gray Toyota Camry, driven by 59-year-old Michael Anthony Smith, which had halted due to an emergency vehicle passing ahead. The impact from the Ford Mustang pushed the Kia Optima forward into the Toyota Camry.
All three vehicles sustained only minor damage.
A total of seven occupants were involved across the vehicles, with two people suffering minor injuries and the remaining five uninjured.
