On Monday at approximately 3:00 p.m., a three-vehicle accident occurred on Post Oak Valley Road between Highway 70 and the Webster Subdivision, causing a temporary road closure. One vehicle allegedly struck another, triggering a chain reaction that led to a third vehicle crashing.

The at-fault driver reportedly fled the scene but was later spotted at a boat access area where Joyner Hollow Road connects with Caney Creek Road. Authorities believe they have identified the individual, who is currently being sought. No serious injuries were reported, though two individuals were taken to the hospital.

The road was closed for investigation and vehicle removal.
