DEVELOPING STORY – An inner tube containing three juveniles being towed behind a boat struck a pier this afternoon. The accident took place on Pole Cat Bridge near the Highway 72 Boat Ramp on Watts Bar Reservoir in Loudon County. A 12 and a 13-year-old have been flown to U.T. Medical Center in critical condition and the other has been transported by ambulance. More information will be released at a later time.
