(DEVELOPING STORY) Police are investigating after a woman was shot in the face late last night in Oak Ridge. Officers found the victim at Manhattan Apartments. She was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries. This investigation is still ongoing and more information, including the name of the victim, will be released at a later time by the Oak Ridge Police Department.
