Cumberland County deputies responded to a vehicle accident yesterday afternoon on the 300 block of Taylor’s Chapel Road. They arrived and reportedly smelled an odor of alcohol coming from the driver, 42-year-old Jason Scott Caruthers. A field sobriety test was administered to him which he allegedly failed. Caruthers was charged with DUI and driving on a revoked or suspended license.
