A two vehicle accident on Highway 70 North in Cumberland County yesterday left no injuries but a driver facing citations. The report states a 2003 Ford Explorer operated by 58-year-old Dennis Davis was attempting to turn onto Linder Loop and struck an oncoming 2018 Chevy Silverado driven by 69-year-old Michael Swiderski. The impact caused Davis to leave the road. Davis was charged with driving on a revoked license, failure to exercise due care and driving without insurance.
