A woman escaped injury in a single vehicle accident on I-40 in Cumberland County yesterday afternoon. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 2017 Chevy Cruze driven by 19-year-old Katie Davis was traveling west in the area of Crab Orchard when she lost control in heavy rainfall and struck a cable barrier. Davis was restrained at the time of impact.
