The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics responded to a single-vehicle accident on Lantana Road this morning.

The crash report states a 2005 Honda Element driven by 19-year-old Hayden Cole Gore was traveling near the intersection with Southwood Drive when he looked down to pick up an item he dropped.

The vehicle went off the right side of the road and struck a fence.

The Honda hit a tree and overturned.

Gore escaped injuries in the impact.

The report states he was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.

According to the report, no charges are pending.
