Last night, a 2008 Lincoln MKZ driven by Theone F. Williams was traveling North on US 127 S.

While negotiating a curve, it ran off-road left and struck the stone Cumberland Mountain State Park sign. It came to rest on the sign.

Williams was uninjured but charged by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with lack of due care.
