DRUG INDICTMENT ROUNDUP NETS MULTIPLE PICKETT COUNTY ARRESTS

Drug Indictment Roundup Nets Multiple Arrests in Ongoing Effort to Combat Narcotics in Pickett County
The Pickett County Sheriff’s Office, in cooperation with surrounding agencies, has completed a successful drug indictment roundup following a months-long investigation into illegal narcotics distribution in our community.
Beginning in the early hours of August 11th, 2025, officers executed 10 arrest warrants as part 17 Indictments targeting individuals indicted by on drug-related and theft charges. These indictments stem from hard work from our Detectives with extensive undercover operations, surveillance efforts, and community tips received over the past 6 months.
Arrest Highlights:
- Patrick Wayne Yoder, 57 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine.
- Darrell Wayne Huff, 64 of Pall Mall, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine.
- Charles Eugene Schmidt-Eldridge, 39 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine.
- Daniel L. Bilbrey, 46 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine.
- Richard Lee James, 55 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled IV Buprenorphine.
- Barry Allen Jones, 58 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine, and 39-16-201/Contraband in a Penal Institution.
- Crystal Lee Troxell, 45 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine.
- Rachel Cooper, 40 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine and Schedule IV Buprenorphine.
- Bobby D (Rooster) Crabtree, 63 of Pall Mall, charged with TCA 39-14-103/Theft of Property
- Christopher Upchurch, 38 of Byrdstown, charged with TCA 39-17-417/Manufacture, Sale, and Delivery to Scheduled II Methamphetamine.
Already Incarcerated Inmates to be served with Indictments are John Isaac Beaty of Byrdstown TN, Jennifer Lynn Bumbalough of Byrdstown TN, Frankie Dale Davidson of Monticello KY, and Nathaniel Ray Johnson of Byrdstown TN. Holds will be placed on the above individuals.
