DRUNK MAN FOUND STUMBLING THROUGH YARDS WITH BLOOD ON HIS ARM

On Wednesday, Officer Jessie Henson responded to the area of Laurel Lane for a man stumbling through multiple yards. Upon arriving, Officer Henson observed a man matching the description staggering through the front yard of a house.

The Officer made contact and spoke with a man and observed him to have slurred speech as well as being unsteady on his feet, he also had dried blood on his left forearm and multiple scratches all over his arms and shoulders.

The man identified himself as Jacob Brewer, and the officer asked him if he knew where he currently was. He was unable to give an answer and almost fell over multiple times.

Sergeant Josh Mangas arrived on scene to assist, and would pull on Brewers shirt to keep him from falling over. Brewer was placed into custody for his safety as well as the safety of others due to his level of intoxication.

He was transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center, and was medically cleared. Brewer would be served a warrant for public intoxication.
