A report by the Tennessee Highway Patrol states that, on Thursday last week, a 2017 Ford Sedan driven by Sean Michael McCristall was traveling east on State Route 101 when, according to a witness behind the vehicle, it left the roadway multiple times on the right.

McCristall then left the roadway to the left entering a yard on Lantana Rd., impacting a tree. The vehicle came to a final rest against the tree.

McCristall was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence.
