DUMP TRUCK CRASH NEAR ROANE MEDICAL CENTER
Earlier this morning just after 8:00 a.m. dense fog caused a dump truck to crash into a tractor-trailer exiting the Roane Medical Center, severing the trailer and blocking both westbound Lanes of Highway 70.
Police, Fire, and Rescue squad members arrived and, according to Asst. Harriman Fire Chief Jon Johnson, no one was injured.
The roadway was blocked for about 2 hours until one lane was reopened for westbound traffic.
