A vehicle accident early this morning in Cumberland County blocked a lane of travel on Highway 70 East for just over an hour. The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports a 1998 GMC dump truck operated by 39-year-old Ricky Carr of Crossville was traveling east when a 2015 Toyota Camry driven by 25-year-old Carly Turner of Crossville  pulled onto the highway from Deep Draw Road. Carr lost control and overturned. Both drivers were restrained.
