Convicted sex offender 29-year-old Willie Ashton Dyal was scheduled to appear last Thursday (April 22, 2021) in Cumberland County General Sessions Court on 23 charges. The only problem is officials say Dyal did not show to answer the offenses include four counts of violation of the sex offender registration form, aggravated burglary, and 10 counts of driving on a suspended license. The judge ordered a warrant for the arrest of Dyal and he is to be held without bond pending a future appearance in court.

The 23 charges include:

Driving on a suspended license – (x10)

Community service violation – (x5)

Violation of the sex offender registration form – (x4)

Failure to display registration plates

Aggravated burglary

Possession of meth

Possession of drug paraphernalia
