Previous story – The TBI issued an endangered child alert today for 11-month-old Legend Creed Soales, who is missing from DeKalb County. He may be in the company of Shawn Soales. The relationship between the two is not known. Legend has blonde hair, blue eyes, weighs 21 pounds and is 2’6″ tall. Please call 1-800-TBI-FIND if you have any information that might help locate this missing child.
