Cumberland County authorities came into contact with 40-year-old Bobby Dewayne Ewton of Dunlap Sunday night walking on Deep Draw Road. Ewton reportedly had a strong odor of alcohol coming from him and a check revealed he was wanted in Bledsoe County. Ewton allegedly ran from law enforcement but was caught 300 yards from the patrol car. The report states a search of the suspect revealed a wrapper containing a drug. Ewton was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth, evading arrest and public intoxication.
