FAKE IDENTITY LEADS TO ARREST FOR CROSSVILLE TEEN
Saturday evening, Cumberland County deputies stopped a vehicle on Wayne Avenue for a light-law violation. They encountered 19-year-old Mackenzie Lyn Gass of Crossville, who identified herself as Ashley Gass. Gass later admitted she’d given a false name because she had an active warrant in Cumberland County. In addition to being taken into custody on the outstanding probation violation warrant, Gass was charged with criminal impersonation and placed under $1,750 bond. She’s due in court Thursday.
