FAMILIAR SUBJECT TO CROSSVILLE POLICE ARRESTED AGAIN
A familiar subject to Crossville police was arrested again yesterday following a disturbance. Officers responded to Zaxby’s where they saw 33-year-old Carl Douglas Wolfe of Crossville sitting in the outside patio area. The seats had been pushed against the building because of COVID-19 guidelines. After several warnings from police to Wolfe to leave Zaxby’s per the request of the manager, Wolfe made no attempt. He was arrested for criminal trespassing and taken to jail.
The report states 30 minutes prior to his arrest Wolfe was asked to leave Walmart because he allegedly was looking into vehicles in the parking lot and being disorderly. Earlier yesterday, police went to Red Roof Inn where Wolfe was asked to leave after an alleged disturbance
Wolfe has been charged on several offenses ranging from indecent exposure to public intoxication in the past 3 years.
According to Cumberland County Criminal Court, Wolfe has a DUI charge pending as of today (April 7, 2020). He was also indicted by a Cumberland County Grand Jury in 2019 for indecent exposure and in 2020 for DUI.
In Cumberland County General Sessions Court, Wolfe had a disorderly conduct and a criminal trespassing charge dismissed in 2019. He also appeared in general sessions court the same year for public intoxication and simple possession of meth. Wolfe again appeared in general sessions court early this year for public intoxication and resisting arrest and was given time served for both charges.
