The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics responded to a fatal vehicle crash yesterday in Anderson County.

The accident report states Tyler Burchfield was heading west on East Wolf Valley Road when he ran off the right side of the road and overcorrected.

Burchfield then crossed the eastbound lane and went off the road. His vehicle struck a utility pole.
