The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics went to the scene of a single vehicle accident late last night on Highway 68 north-northwest of Grandview in Rhea County. The crash report indicates a 1996 Plymouth driven by 43-year-old Casey Kile of Grandview was traveling south when he ran off the road and overturned multiple times before the car came to rest on its top off the shoulder of the highway. Kile, who was not restrained, died of injuries sustained.
