According to local law enforcement officials, Former Cumberland County Solid Waste Director Mike Harvel was found guilty late this afternoon of all charges except one misdemeanor in a Federal Jury trial based in Nashville.

Harvel faces up to life in prison if the convictions stands.  His sentencing will be held at a later date. He is still being held without bond by federal authorities.
