🖤 In Loving Memory of Tammy Beaty 🖤
It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Fentress County E911 Dispatcher, TAC/Supervisor Tammy Beaty, who passed away on the evening of December 28, 2025.
Tammy was a steady presence in moments of uncertainty, a leader within the communications center, and a trusted voice behind the radio who helped guide first responders through some of the most difficult moments they would ever face. Her dedication, professionalism, and compassion made a lasting impact not only on her coworkers, but on the countless lives she touched through her service to Fentress County.
Her commitment to public safety extended far beyond the console. Tammy supported her fellow dispatchers, mentored others, and served as a vital link between the community and emergency responders. Her absence will be deeply felt across all of Fentress County’s emergency services.
Chief Larry Cooper shared the following:
“Tammy was a true professional and a vital part of our public safety family. She cared deeply for her coworkers and for the people she served every day. She will be greatly missed, and our thoughts and prayers are with her family and the men and women of E911.”
We ask the community to keep Tammy’s family, friends, and coworkers in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time as we honor her life, her service, and the legacy she leaves behind. 🕊️
