An investigation into the sale of narcotics led Detectives with the Fentress County Sheriff’s Department to conduct a search of a Black Lincoln Navigator located in the City Limits of Jamestown. The Navigator was driven by Michael Lee Keith of Clarkrange, who had outstanding warrants from Cumberland County. During the search Detectives located multiple types of drug paraphernalia. Detectives also found approximately 7.3 grams of methamphetamine, located in a wrapper labeled “Trips Ahoy”, with a street value of around $800. At the time of the search Mr. Keith was out on bond for a previous drug indictment out of Fentress County and he was also out on bond in Cumberland County. Mr. Keith was taken into custody and charged with Driving on a revoked license, possession of meth over .5 grams, and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Mr. Keith also has pending charges from Cumberland County. Mr. Keith is currently being held at the Fentress County Jail on a $30,000.00 bond.
