FENTRESS COUNTY NARCOTICS TEAM CONTINUES TO CRACK DOWN ON DANGEROUS DRUGS
From the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office:
On 11/01/25 at approximately 10:25 PM, Deputy Holtin Stilts initiated a traffic stop on South York Highway for a registration violation. During the stop, Deputy Stilts quickly recognized indicators of criminal activity. A focused investigation led to the seizure of .5 grams of methamphetamine, 3.2 grams of fentanyl, and several items of drug paraphernalia.
Assisting Deputy Stilts at the scene of the traffic stop, were Deputies Gage Willis and Byron Sexton. Following the arrests, Drug Agent Kris Lewallen began pursuing additional leads to trace the source of the fentanyl being trafficked into Fentress County. That investigation remains active.
Chief Deputy Hunter Fowler stated:
“Our new drug enforcement team remains vigilant, alert, prepared, and consistently proactive. Their extensive training and sharp awareness are stopping these types of dangerous drugs before they ever reach our streets, making a real impact in the fight against the dealers who are targeting our county.”
The two suspects:
Randall Bladsoe, 63, of Clarkrange, and Robert Terry, 57, of Jamestown, have both been arrested and booked into the Fentress County Jail for the following offenses:
•Felony Possession of Methamphetamine
•Felony Possession of Fentanyl for Resale
•Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
