A Fentress County woman is facing a charge after a stolen vehicle was recovered in Cumberland County. The arrest report states 26-year-old Haley Brianna Smith of Jamestown was allegedly found to be in possession of a 2009 Honda CRV at a home on Cherokee Road East in Lake Tansi reported stolen from a residence in Homewood, Alabama. Smith was arrested for theft of property.
