FENTRESS COUNTY WOMAN ESCAPES INJURY IN I-40 VEHICLE ACCIDENT
A Fentress County woman escaped injuries in a single vehicle accident on I-40 in eastern Putnam County last night. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Chesney Richards of Jamestown was traveling at the 298 mile marker when her automobile hydroplaned, went off the road and rolled over. The vehicle came to rest in the cable barriers. Richards was restrained at the time of the accident.
