FIREFIGHTERS RESPOND TO HOUSE BLAZE ON MYRTLE AVENUE IN CROSSVILLE

Crossville firefighters responded to a house blaze near the 200 block of Myrtle Avenue just before 6 p.m. last night. Crews arrived to see heavy flames coming from the rear of the structure. No one was home at the time and no injuries were reported. Crossville Fire Department Deputy Chief Chris South told 105.7 News a cause of the fire is yet to be determined and the home sustained heavy damage. Myrtle Avenue at the scene was closed for around an hour during the incident.
