FOP – Frank Clement Lodge #38 Scholarships The Fraternal Order of Police, Frank Clement Lodge #38 of Crossville, was able to provide four $1000 dollar scholarships this year for 2024 graduating seniors within Cumberland County. This year’s recipients include four well-deserving young ladies who graduated from Stone Memorial High School and Cumberland County High School. Stone Memorial High School recipients were Michaela Smith and Whitney Brown and Cumberland County High School recipients were Stephanie Turner and Kellie Wilson.

These scholarships are only made possible through generous donations the Frank Clement Lodge receives throughout the year. The FOP lodge would like to thank the Cumberland County community for their support of the lodge’s mission which is to support the youth and future leaders of Cumberland County.
