FORMER CUMBERLAND COUNTY DEPUTY ON CUMBERLAND COURT DOCKET FOR MAY 12TH

Coley was indicted in February on two counts of rape following an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. The allegations involve the sexual assault of a vulnerable adult.

Authorities said Coley was placed on administrative leave in October and was fired from his position the following month.
Investigators say the assault happened while Coley was off duty.
Coley turned himself in on the morning of Feb. 4 at the Cumberland County Jail, where he was booked on the charges.
