A former Kingsport police officer has pleaded guilty to having sex with a prostitute while he was on duty. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says that 58-year-old Ralph O. Cline Jr. has been charged with one count of patronizing prostitution. Agents say that Cline admitted to having paid for sex and performing the act in his unmarked police car. Cline was a lieutenant on the force at the time of the incident.
