Roane County authorities responded to the 3100 block of Sugar Grove Valley Road Saturday to a non-injury vehicle accident. A check of the driver, 40-year-old Anthony Wendell Evans, revealed he was wanted by Jackson County, Missouri officers with full extradition. Evans was charged with being a fugitive from justice and transported to the Roane County jail.
